By the end of 2013, Al Nabooda Automobiles, the authorized and the exclusive Volkswagen dealer and distributor for Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has reported a 36 per cent increase on cars sold in 2013 and is paving the way to open five new facilities in 2014.<\/p>\n
The largest Volkswagen dealer in the Middle East, Al Nabooda Automobiles\u2019 2013 success was helped by the launch of the new Golf GTI, which joined the brand\u2019s impressive hatchback category.<\/p>\n
The Passat was the number one selling Volkswagen of 2013 with an increase in sales of 170 per cent versus the previous year, while both the Jetta and Touareg maintained strong, consistent sales throughout the year.<\/p>\n
Thierry Seys, Volkswagen general manager at Al Nabooda Automobiles, said: \u201cWe have gained an even more significant share of the market in 2013, largely due to our excellent product range and our focus in high-quality customer service.\u201d<\/p>\n
It is worth mentioning that the Volkswagen division of Al Nabooda Automobiles will open three new showrooms and two combined service centers the first quarter of the year in Deira, Sharjah and Fujeirah.<\/p>\n
