It includes <strong>lectures, a theory test, training sessions and a road test<\/strong> that needs to be passed before an applicant is issued a driving license in Dubai. The road test will not just be about the driving skills, but it will also be <strong>based on a driver\u2019s ability to handle the manual transmission vehicle<\/strong>.
