A total of 250 unique number plates will be offered at the auction that is <strong>scheduled to start from 20<sup>th<\/sup> of August<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since the beginning of this online event by RTA, these auctions have proved to be a great success and attracted wide public participation. RTA is set to offer number plates with three, four and five digits under a range of alphabetical codes that include<strong> A, B, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R and S<\/strong>. A wide variety of plates with different combinations of numbers and codes will be available at the online auction. <em>The auction will start at 8:00 AM on Sunday and continue for next five days<\/em>. RTA has <strong>opened registrations from 13<sup>th<\/sup> of August<\/strong> and interested <strong>bidders can register online <\/strong>to participate in the RTA\u2019s 50<sup>th<\/sup> online auction.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/RTA?src=hash\">#RTA<\/a>\u2019s Licensing Agency is offering 250 licensing plates in its forthcoming 50th online auction on Sunday 20th August 2017. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zUa80FJJ4N\">pic.twitter.com\/zUa80FJJ4N<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RTA (@RTA_Dubai) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RTA_Dubai\/status\/895908873672032260\">August 11, 2017<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><script src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Registration Process for Interested Bidders<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested bidders will need to get themselves registered for the upcoming online auction by <em>opening an account through RTA\u2019s website (www.rta.ae). <\/em>It is mandatory for interested bidders to <strong>either have a vehicle registered in Dubai or have a Dubai based driving license<\/strong> in order to get themselves registered for the online auction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bidders will need to deposit <strong>a security cheque of AED 5,000<\/strong> at any of the RTA\u2019s Customer Happiness Centers located in Deira, Bur Dubai, Umm Al Ramool and the Al Twar Municipal Center. A <strong>participation fee of AED 120 needs to be deposited through RTA website<\/strong> in order to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Payment Methods for Successful Bidders<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Successful bidders will have to <strong>make the payments within 10 working days <\/strong>from the event\u2019s closing date. The <em>payments of up to AED 50,000 can be made in cash<\/em> at any of the Customer Happiness Centers of RTA, but <strong>for higher payments, bidders will need to deposit a certified cheque or pay through credit card<\/strong>. The facility of <strong>paying online through credit card is also available<\/strong> for successful bidders.
