The vehicles have also been\u00a0designed to accommodate persons with special needs, increased privacy for both the passengers and\u00a0the driver and to bring some sophistication to public transportation.<\/p>\n

During the trial period, taxi tariff will not be changed and based on the feedback from consumers, this\u00a0luxury cars might be incorporated to the current taxi fleet and extra facilities such as free WiFi could be\u00a0considered. The taxis are also expected to run on eco-friendly green diesel bringing to light the future of\u00a0technology and environmental management. With the newly launched Abu Dhabi Taxi smartphone app\u00a0that allows customers to book a pick-up at their preferred location; this implementation of luxury rides<\/a>\u00a0will go a long way in promoting the app.<\/p>\n

Trust the officials to look into every aspect of this rollout! There will be ten women drivers for the\u00a0rollout phase but based on demand, more women will be incorporated.\u00a0This is not the only recent development in this sector. Last year a fleet of hybrid Toyota Camrys were\u00a0introduced and have been effectively offering service.
