Registering a Used Car
To re-register a car when selling privately, the seller will need to provide the below documents:
- A Copy of the existing Istemara
- Evidence for showing ownership of the car
- A Copy of the car insurance document
- Legal certificate of motor vehicle periodic inspection (MVPI)
- A Copy of the car owner’s Residence Permit ( Iqama).
- Evidence that no loan from bank or other institution is borrowed to buy the car.
